Grammar Guru: Days of the Week

In Spanish, the days of the week are not capitalized unless they are used at the beginning of a sentence. For example, “Hoy es miércoles” (Today is Wednesday) does not capitalize “miércoles”, but “Mañana es lunes” (Tomorrow is Monday) does capitalize “lunes”. Remember this rule for writing in Spanish!
