By using our website, MemoryWizards.com, and the services provided therein (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 4. User Content
You retain full ownership of the User Content you create and store on the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.

If you choose to make a board “Public” or share it via a link, you acknowledge that the content of that board will be accessible to others as directed by you, and we are not responsible for how others may use that content.
5. Pro Subscription and Payments
Fees: Paid “Pro” accounts are billed in advance on an annual basis. The price is as stated on our Pricing Page. All payments are non-refundable.
Renewal: Your Pro subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual term unless you cancel it from your account settings before the renewal date.
Payment Failures: If we are unable to process your payment, we will notify you. If the payment is not successfully made within a reasonable time, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan, and you may lose access to Pro features and content exceeding the Free plan’s limits.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Using the Service to store sensitive information such as passwords, credit card numbers, or personal identification numbers in an unencrypted format.
- Scraping or data-mining the Service or other users’ content without permission.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the “Delete Account” feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may permanently delete your account and all associated User Content.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MemoryWizards.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee,United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
