Time Tip: Hourly Expressions

In Greek, when telling time using the 12-hour clock, you can use the phrases πάνω από (páno apó) for ‘past’ and και (ke) for ‘to’. For example, 4:15 would be said as τέσσερις και τέταρτο (tésseris ke téarto), meaning ‘four and a quarter’.
