About This Challenge

The Peloponnesian War (431-404 BC) was a significant conflict in ancient Greece that pitted the city-states of Athens and Sparta against each other. To help students better understand the timeline of this war, we have created a timeline game where players must place events in their correct chronological order.

  • Players will learn about key events such as the outbreak of the war in 431 BC
  • They will also discover important battles like the Battle of Amphipolis in 422 BC
  • Additionally, players may encounter significant treaties such as the Peace of Nicias in 421 BC
